Hello!
My name is Julie Hunnicutt. I will be working with 4’s at Seager Park with
Linda Neubauer. I live in Naperville with my husband and our two sons ages 17
and 15. As you can see in the photo, we also have two beagle rescue dogs. You
might see us walking them all around in Naperville. In my free time I like to
play games, read, zoom with extended family, watch movies, and cheer on the
Cubs. I have a degree in Elementary Education from The University of Iowa (Go
Hawkeyes!) and a Master’s in Reading from National Louis University. I was an
elementary school teacher for 9 years and this will be my 3rd year teaching
preschool at the Naperville Park District. I am looking forward to a year of
fun, learning, and discovery together.
Hello, my name is Linda Neubauer. I am very excited as this is my first year teaching preschool at the Naperville Park District.I come to the park district with a variety of experience as a teachers aid, a leader for boy/girl scouts, a parent volunteer and most recently a camp counselor at the Morton Arboretum for children in preschool through 2nd grade. In this camp we used nature to explore and learn. I am sure this experience will come in handy when exploring at Seager Park. I look forward to discovering and learning with the children this year.
